Okay, I just had a thought:
Trying to go pull free with Trichotillomania, is like trying to lose weight by cutting your favourite (and often comfort) food out of your diet completely, or like trying to stop smoking by suddenly stopping.
In that case, surely aiming to be pull free is a negative.
